Community outreach: Our community outreach programs focus on building relationships and connections within the local community.
- Health screenings, job training, educational opportunities
Health outreach:
Health care assessments and referrals, health care literature, fliers, health care education and prevention
Youth outreach: Youth education, recreation, and other activities to young people
Homeless outreach: Homeless outreach programs to assist people who are experiencing homelessness by providing services like shelter referrals, food, and clothing.
Cultural Outreach: Engage people from different cultural or ethnic background.

COVID-19 PPE street level distribution
PPE distribution, Mask, hand sanitizers, drinks etc were distributed to the homeless on the streets of Baltimore. "Downtown Baltimore".
