Community Health Worker (CHW) Training Program

Course Description
Our Community Health worker training program meets federal and state training requirements of a Certified Community health worker in the state of Maryland.
Through lectures, group activity, and laboratory practice, the students learn:

Program Requirements & Certification:
To receive certification through Big Vision Inc, participants must successfully complete all training modules, pass the final knowledge assessment, and complete a case study presentation.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED. No previous healthcare experience or training is required to enroll.
At the end of the program, participants are required to complete a 40-hour in-person field practicum. Completion of the practicum is required before applying for and receiving the official certificate.

Tuition Refund Policy

Students are eligible for a full tuition refund within 7 business days of the official enrollment date.
